You will perform laboratory testing, evaluate raw materials, and help scale up processes to manufacturing while maintaining development timelines and working with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• BS in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Chemistry.
• Experience in fast-paced development environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new materials and products in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a broad range of technical expertise across the company.
• Lab testing and evaluation of raw materials and refractory systems.
• Establish and maintain development project timelines and status updates.
• Provide technical support and assist with scale-up of new materials & processes into manufacturing.
• Qualify new or alternate raw materials for existing formulations.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as required.
