Job summary

MIRATECH in Knoxville, TN is seeking a mid-level engineer to develop and support new catalytic products within a cross-functional team. You will design test plans, analyze data, and build mathematical models from results.

Responsibilities include characterizing and validating offerings, assisting bench tests and field trials, and producing guidelines. A Bachelor's in engineering and 3–7 years' experience are required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 3–7 years of experience in a technical engineering role.
• Experience writing technical documentation and presentations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn, explore, problem solve and troubleshoot.

What You'll Do:

• Gas turbine or reciprocating internal combustion engine design, operation, or application
• Project management, product management, or program management
• Sheet metal fabrication procedures such as cutting, forming, or welding
• 3D modeling and 2D drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
