Job summary

The internship role supports engineering activities in R&D, product development, testing, and data analysis. It is designed for Mechanical or Industrial Engineering students who are in good standing and eager to learn.

You will assist with lab work, research in materials and manufacturing processes, and verification planning for filtration systems. Strong collaboration, communication, and a data-based approach are essential. GPA 2.5+ and willingness to learn on the job are preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and in good standing.
• Methodical and data-based approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Technical Function Standards and Practices.

Responsibilities

• Supporting experienced engineering staff in areas such as Research & Development, Product Design/Development/Validation, Customer Engineering, Test Engineering, Reliability, and Data Science.
• Engaging in new media and materials research, chemical systems, and advanced manufacturing processes.
• Assisting with new product development, current product support, and validation/verification planning for filtration and separation systems.
• Providing application and customer support, including issue resolution.
• Developing new laboratory equipment, procedures, and test methods.
• Conducting product development risk assessments and failure analysis.
• Performing inferential data analysis and creating predictive tools.
