SharkNinja is seeking ambitious interns across Product Development, Industrial Design, and Consumer Insights. You’ll work on real product launches, translate consumer insights into design decisions, and develop sketches, prototypes, and design specs.
Expect hands-on learning, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to present to leaders. Current students in related programs will gain exposure to the full product development cycle, with on-site/hybrid schedule and professional
Qualifications
- Current student in a related bachelor’s, master’s or PhD program.
- Ability to work full-time onsite-hybrid; 40 hours/week.
- Curiosity about consumer products and how people use them.
- Strong visual and verbal storytelling; present ideas and take feedback.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to handle multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop product concepts from early research to shelf.
- Translate consumer insights into design decisions.
- Create sketches, renderings, prototypes, wireframes, and specifications.
- Conduct usability testing and competitive research; document findings.
- Present work to cross-functional partners and design leads.
