Job summary
Norsk Titanium in Plattsburgh, NY is seeking a Product Development Manager to drive the quote process for new and existing opportunities and to support profitable product development at our additive manufacturing site.
You will partner with Commercial, Cost Accounting and engineering to build bottom‑up cost models, validate inputs in quotes, and track margins and pipeline to enable data‑driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with quantitative focus.
- Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing is valued.
- Strong cost modeling and pricing experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with engineering and operations to evaluate opportunities and profitability.
- Lead development of part-level cost and pricing models for quotes.
- Partner with Cost Accounting to validate margins and inputs in quotes.
- Maintain standard cost assumptions reflecting material and labor costs.
- Track quote pipeline, win/loss rates, and margin performance.
