James Perse in Downey, CA is seeking a Production Development Assistant to support production, design and development on new projects, manage timelines, collect samples and review designs with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills. It is an in-person, Monday–Friday position at our Downey office, paying $22.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Full Circle knowledge not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample tracking including issuing shipping labels and logging all samples received.
• Issue shipping labels to vendors for packages being shipped domestically and internationally.
• Receive and log all incoming packages and distribute them to team members.
• Maintain and organize all fit samples and dropped samples archive.
• Organize and file bulk fabric cuttings seasonally.
• Assist with other PD related tasks as needed.
