Job summary

Pacsun, a Los Angeles–based lifestyle brand, is seeking a Product Development Support Associate to help manage samples from receipt to distribution and keep the lab dip and strike-offs organized. You will coordinate with vendors, track fit samples, update the WIP chart, file lab dips, and assist with PO building while collaborating across departments.

The role requires 2+ years in apparel/retail, proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook, strong communication, and meticulous multitasking in a fast-paced

• 2+ years experience in Apparel or Retail Industry a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive all packages and distribute product samples, lab dips, strike-offs, etc.
• Review and check-in samples using WIP tracking chart including artwork/trim/fabric review.
• Follow up and track all fit, PP, TOP samples with vendors and update WIP.
• Filing of lab dips, strike-offs, samples, etc.
• Build and update POs as required.
• Work cross-functionally with departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Job:

Act as support for the Product Development team.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

• Receive all packages and distribute product samples, lab dips, strike-offs, etc
• Review and check-in samples using WIP tracking chart includes reviewing samples (measuring artwork, trim review, fabric review, etc)
• Follow up and track all fit, PP, TOP samples with vendors and update WIP accordingly
• Filing of lab dips, strike-offs, samples, etc
• Build and update POs as required
• Work cross-functionally with departments
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary Range

(\$53,191 - \$58,712)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
