Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a detail-oriented, team-ready candidate to support the Product Development team in Anaheim. You will handle incoming samples, track lab dips and trims, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain documentation and POs.

Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities are essential. The role requires 2+ years in apparel or retail, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally across departments.

  • 2+ years experience in Apparel or Retail Industry a plus
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Team-player, willing to jump in and assist others as needed

Responsibilities

  • Receive all packages and distribute product samples, lab dips, strike-offs, etc
  • Review and check-in samples using WIP tracking chart includes reviewing samples (measuring artwork, trim review, fabric review, etc)
  • Follow up and track all fit, PP, TOP samples with vendors and update WIP accordingly
  • Filing of lab dips, strike-offs, samples, etc
  • Build and update POs as required
  • Work cross-functionally with departments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

About the Job:

Act as support for the Product Development team.

A day in the life, what you'll be doing:
  • Receive all packages and distribute product samples, lab dips, strike-offs, etc

Salary Range: ($53,191 - $58,712)

  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
