Philadelphia Insurance Companies is seeking a Compliance Manager - Product Development to lead end-to-end product development for Property, General Liability, Auto, Inland Marine, Crime, Farm, Businessowners and Professional Liability. You will supervise staff, conduct market research, and ensure products are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 10 years of P&C product development experience.
• Five years of Commercial/Professional Underwriting Experience, or strong P&C underwriting knowledge.
• Management experience is required.
• Knowledge of ISO forms, rates and rules, including bureau filings and system development.

Responsibilities

• Works with functional leaders across actuarial, IT, statistics, underwriting and claims through the product development cycle.
• Oversees end-to-end product development, including enhancements and new products/programs.
• Prioritizes product development projects and manages staff by assigning and supervising work.
• Coordinates with other Compliance Department areas on regulatory matters affecting forms and rules.
• Develops talent and expertise of the product development team.
• Ensures products meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
