Wayfair’s Experience Configuration group is seeking a Product Designer in Delaware, USA. You will craft engaging user experiences, translate insights into practical design, and contribute to the core shopping experience across platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product managers, engineers, and researchers to drive measurable results. You will bring 3+ years of UX experience, strong UI/visual design skills, and a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across ecommerce

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in HCI, Data Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of UX experience.
• Strong understanding of design processes, particularly visual and UI.
• Knowledge of ecommerce UX best practices.
• Ability to think at a system level to plan extensible solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Figma and Miro.
• Ability to produce site maps, user flows, journeys, wireframes, explanations, and models.
• Ability to plan usability tests and other user research.

Responsibilities

• Use design principles to create engaging user experiences that meet objectives with clarity.
• Drive post-re-platforming feature efforts toward the vision state.
• Assist in improving our design system and components.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, content creators, and researchers to deliver ideas that align with brand and business goals.
