Job description

Insight Global is looking for a qualified Product Designer who can develop scalable solutions to complex real-world problems using Machine Learning, Big Data, Statistics, Econometrics, and Optimization. Candidates should have hands-on experience in applying first principles methods, machine learning, data mining, and text mining techniques to build analytics prototypes that work on massive datasets. They should be proficient in manipulating both structured and unstructured data in various formats, sizes, and storage mechanisms. Excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with multiple programming languages and analytical tools, and flexibility in tool/language usage are essential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and user needs.
2. Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, accessible, and responsive across devices.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback for iterative improvements.
5. Maintain design consistency and uphold brand guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design solutions and problem-solving abilities.

Salary range: $47/hr to $51/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
