Patreon in San Francisco is looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Discovery and Community team. This role aims to enhance how fans discover creators and content, emphasizing innovative solutions and high-quality design.

As part of a close-knit design team, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to tackle ambiguous challenges and ship polished experiences that resonate with our mission to fund the creative class.

The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office attendance required twice a week.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product design experience or equivalent depth.
• A portfolio demonstrating ownership from idea to outcome.
• Experience facilitating problem-framing with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Discover opportunities and bring clarity through prototypes.
• Collaborate to scope and execute end-to-end design solutions.
• Contribute to a multi-phased overhaul of the product.
