Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing and shipping web/app products across devices.
• Experience designing consumer-facing mobile features (iOS/Android).
• Ownership mindset with bias toward action.
• Strong craft in UX, visual and interaction design; proficient in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to articulate complex problems simply and choose the right design artifact.
• Experience working within design systems and contributing to them.
• Experience designing mature products from vision to incremental improvements.

Responsibilities

• Embed within the Player Experience squad and collaborate with engineers, PMs, data scientists to design the player-facing side of studio integrations from concept to launch and iteration.
• Design player-facing features like friend invites, game presence, and shareable game moments across desktop and mobile.
• Balance visual, UX, and interaction design to ensure parity and quality across surfaces.
• Playtest regularly and iterate on feedback from players, peers, and leadership to reach a production-ready experience.
• Produce design documentation and interactive prototypes and keep them updated as decisions evolve for engineers and product partners to build with confidence.
• Share work early and often in critiques and design reviews and communicate business and user rationale.
