WERX Design in Fort Collins is seeking a junior to mid-level Product Designer to work across performance apparel, bags, and accessories for multiple client brands. You will move from brief to bulk production, contributing across stages and learning quickly in a fast-paced studio.

You bring Adobe Illustrator proficiency, garment construction knowledge, and a portfolio that shows design thinking and technical execution.

Formación

• Portfolio showing design thinking and technical execution across apparel, bags, or related product categories.
• Experience with garment construction and sewing techniques from pattern to finished product.
• Strong knowledge of performance fabrics and functional design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in apparel design or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

Responsabilidades

• Design performance apparel, bags, accessories, and gear across client brands and product categories.
• Take products from concept through production-ready technical specification, including CADs and construction details.
• Build and maintain detailed tech packs for overseas factory partners.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and product development team throughout the full development cycle.
• Participate in sample reviews and provide clear feedback to vendors.
• Assist with fabric, trim, and material research and sourcing direction.
• Contribute to presentations, line reviews, and client-facing materials.
• Stay current on market trends in outdoor, hunting, active, and lifestyle categories.
• Support the studio's design process with curiosity and collaboration.
