Job summary

Infinity Product Group is seeking a Product Designer to join our onsite team in Lowell, AR. You will report to the Product Development Director and drive design across headwear, accessories, and hard goods, collaborating with sales and production to deliver market-ready concepts.

You’ll create CAD decks, revise designs based on feasibility, and apply knowledge of materials, color, and 3D translation to meet budgets and timelines while coordinating with overseas factories and licensing partners.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design (Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree accepted).
• 2+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Ability to understand composition and color science, including effective color combinations.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to design for a targeted audience.
• Ability to create seamless patterns.
• Project management capability, including timeline management.
• Basic understanding of Excel is a plus.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, organized approach with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.
• Commitment to meeting time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead creative design for headwear, t-shirts, accessories, and hard goods.
• Develop and present CAD decks to the sales team and prepare materials for buyer meetings.
• Revise designs based on customer needs or production limitations.
• Apply strong knowledge of materials and application techniques, including how to translate concepts to 3D items.
• Design with an understanding of how to meet a range of budgets.
• Use strong illustration skills for full t-shirt graphic designs; print technique knowledge is helpful.
• Coordinate with overseas factories to ensure designs are production ready.
• Partner with licensing on design and sample approvals, and support the production team with quality checks.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Conduct trend research, compile comprehensive recaps, and apply findings to elevate designs over time.
