Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters in UX/Design field required.
• Commuting to Hebron, Kentucky headquarters is required.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design, typography and layout skills.
• Strong communication, organization and initiative.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Motion design ability strongly preferred.
• Autonomous contributor who thrives in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for Beltways website.
• Maintain design consistency across digital platforms.
• Create hi-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for different breakpoints.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; communicate findings to CoS.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand guideline.
• Assist in design-related tasks for Beltways website, marketing and Beltways OS.
