Job summary

Ellevation Education is expanding its Product Design organization to evolve from point solutions to an integrated ELD platform. You will shape experiences, build coherent systems, and ship AI-assisted prototypes that scale across workflows.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering to validate ideas through research and usability testing, contributing to Backpack and the design system while delivering outcomes that change user behavior.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional design experience in B2B SaaS or similar.
• Proficient in AI-assisted prototyping and rapid ideation.
• Designs with accessibility from the start.
• Accountable to outcomes and able to measure impact.
• Experience in field research and usability testing.
• Ability to synthesize insights and communicate tradeoffs.
• Advocate for diverse perspectives and system-wide coherence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define user problems and experiences.
• Create coherent, system-wide designs across workflows.
• Prototype with AI-assisted methods and test concepts.
• Contribute to Backpack design system updates.
• Validate hypotheses through research and user testing.
