Zusammenfassung

Gather Health is hiring its first Product Designer to shape Gather Connect and Gather Care, connecting patients with care teams. You will lead end-to-end design from discovery through release, crafting interactions, visuals, and accessible experiences for diverse patients and clinicians.

You will work with engineering from concept to release, shape AI-enabled interactions, and translate complex patient data into intuitive clinical interfaces. Boston hybrid role.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio showing end-to-end product ownership from discovery to launch.
• Strong craft in interaction and visual design, including IA, user flows, typography, layout, hierarchy, and production-ready interfaces.
• Ability to plan and run user research with patients and care teams, turning findings into decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma with high-fidelity interactive prototypes, design systems, and components.
• Ability to apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design throughout development.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Spend time with patients and care teams to understand goals and constraints.
• Observe workflows, conduct interviews, test prototypes to identify how tech supports human connection.
• Translate insights into user flows, prototypes, interactions, and polished visuals.
• Partner with engineering from concept to release.
• Design Gather Connect across phone conversations, onboarding, patient preferences, and future touchpoints.
• Create AI-enabled interactions that feel natural, respectful, and trustworthy, including scripts and handoffs.
