Qualifications

• Golf industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new golf and softgoods product concepts.
• Create sketches, 2D drawings, renderings, colorways, and product presentations.
• Prepare detailed, factory-ready tech packs for production.
• Develop colors, materials, finishes, trims, hardware, and logo placement.
• Review prototypes and samples, then provide design revisions as needed.
• Partner with manufacturing facilities from concept through production.
• Research market trends and competitor products to inform direction.
• Support OEM/ODM customer development projects.

AC Golf is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to collaborate with its internal team and manufacturing facilities, guiding concepts from early exploration through production. This hybrid role is based in San Marcos, CA 92069.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll drive product development for new golf and softgoods offerings, combining concept work with design documentation that factories can use. Day to day, you will develop ideas, build design assets for presentations, and help ensure prototypes match the final intent.

• Develop new golf and softgoods product concepts
• Create sketches, 2D drawings, renderings, colorways, and product presentations
• Prepare detailed, factory-ready tech packs for production
• Develop colors, materials, finishes, trims, hardware, and logo placement
• Review prototypes and samples, then provide design revisions as needed
• Partner with manufacturing facilities from concept through production
• Research market trends and competitor products to inform direction
• Support OEM/ODM customer development projects

Compensation and work details

• Pay: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour (USD)
• Expected hours: 35.0 hours per week
• Location: Hybrid remote in San Marcos, CA 92069
