The Golfer’s Journal, LLC. is seeking an Associate Designer to support the development of premium accessories, graphics, and cut-and-sew apparel across inline collections and special drops.
You’ll work with the Senior Product Manager to bring seasonal concepts to life from ideation through production. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of design experience in apparel or accessories, preferably in golf or premium lifestyle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Associate Designer will support the design and development of premium accessories, graphics, and cut-and-sew apparel across both Inline collections and Special Make-Ups (SMUs)/Energy Drops. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, this individual will help bring seasonal concepts to life, from ideation and technical development through production.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in apparel or accessories design, preferably within the golf, outdoor, or premium lifestyle industry. An avid golfer or someone deeply connected to golf culture is highly preferred.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position requiring the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across Product, Creative, Events, Marketing, Merchandising, and external partners.
