Job summary

Skyward IT Solutions, LLC is seeking a UX/Product Designer to own the UX and UI for our CMS enterprise AI platform, delivering from concept to high-fidelity, USWDS-aligned designs in Figma. You will move from sketches to wireframes to interactive prototypes, iterating quickly so stakeholders can see and feel the solution.

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in UX/product design with hands-on research exposure are required.

• Deep Figma fluency, UX fundamentals, and the ability to run lightweight research.
• Familiarity with USWDS, federal CX mandates, accessibility (508/WCAG), and a standout portfolio.
