Qualifications

• Подтверждённый опыт как Product Designer или Senior UX/UI Designer
• Сильное портфолио веб- и мобильных проектов
• Участие в формировании стратегии продукта, приоритетов и Define feature
• Опыт работы в кросс-функциональных командах; свободно англ. язык; немецкий будет плюсом

Responsibilities

• Определять проблемные зоны, потребности пользователей, ценностные предложения и возможности продукта.
• Разрабатывать end-to-end UX для веб и мобильных приложений — от концепций до готовых интерфейсов.
• Участвовать в discovery, пользовательских потоках, прототипах и финальном UI.
• Сотрудничать с заинтересованными сторонами, командами продукта и разработчиками.
• Создавать понятные, готовые к внедрению дизайны и материалы для handoff.
• Работать с дизайн-системами по мере необходимости.

Together with our clients we design, build, and scale innovative digital solutions and enterprise applications that deliver tangible results. We’re building our freelance designer pool and are looking for an experienced Product Designer for web and mobile projects. This role is for someone with strong UX/UI skills who also brings product thinking, someone who can shape user experiences while considering business goals, product priorities, and technical feasibility.

• Help define problem spaces, user needs, value propositions, and product opportunities for digital products and services
• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, from early concepts and wireframes to polished interfaces
• Contribute to product discovery, user flows, product strategy, prototypes, and final UI
• Support feature definition and prioritisation with a product mindset
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers
• Create clear, implementation-ready designs and handoff materials
• Work within or contribute to design systems where needed

Proven experience as a Product Designer or Senior UX/UI Designer Strong portfolio showing web and mobile product work Demonstrated ability to contribute to product strategy, prioritisation, and feature definition Solid skills in UX, interaction design, UI design, and prototyping Ability to think beyond screens and contribute to product decisions Experience working with cross-functional teams Strong spoken and written English Будет плюсом: Experience in agency, consulting, or client-facing environments; Experience with SaaS, enterprise, mobile, or AI-related products; Workshop or discovery facilitation experience; German language skills
