Responsabilités

Описание

Pennylane builds a financial operating system for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe, helping entrepreneurs manage accounting and finances and providing access to key financial information. It also helps accounting firms reduce repetitive work so they can focus more on advising and supporting their clients.

Задачи

• Conduct discovery workshops and user research
• Analyze data, user feedback, and business requirements
• Continuously develop the assigned product area together with the Product Manager
• Develop solutions at the appropriate level of detail, from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes
• Share expertise with the team, provide feedback to colleagues, and contribute to cross-functional topics
• Help expand the team and participate in the recruitment process
• Monitor UX and UI trends and introduce best practices from the international tech industry
• Contribute to strategic projects and help shape and improve processes, tools, and best practices

Требования

• Understand user needs and business requirements, and translate insights from user research, market analysis, and data into pragmatic solutions
• Have experience designing complex digital products and systems, such as products with multiple modules, extensive functionality, or complex data structures
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders such as Sales or Support, integrating technical constraints and business goals into design work
• Communicate clearly, constructively challenge assumptions, and convincingly present design solutions
• Speak fluent German and English
