Qualifications

• Исключительно высокий уровень визуального дизайна: иерархия, типографика, движение.
• Высокие прототипы и видео работ, желательно с AI-инструментами.
• Ежедневное использование AI-инструментов и дизайн-систем, готовность работать в команде.
• Свободное владение Figma: компоненты, переменные, токены.
• Публичный сайт портфолио обязателен.

Responsibilities

• Установить направление дизайна и качество приложения, от новых функций до инсайтов.
• Определить метрики успеха и владеть бизнес-результатами.
• Развивать дизайн-систему, совместимую с AI-инструментами, через токены и решения.
• Демонстрировать работу через прототипы иMotion с использованием AI и дизайн-системы.
• Поднимать планку для команды и помогать коллегам.
• Коучить дизайнеров, давать четкую обратную связь.
• Оспаривать решения продукта и инженерии на основе данных и документировать решения.
• Работать ежедневно с менеджерами продукта и инженерами по дизайну.

• Set the design direction and quality bar across the app, from new features to health insights and early vision work.
• Define the success measures for your work and own the business results.
• Own our design system, built to work with AI tools, and keep it consistent through tokens and clear decisions.
• Show instead of tell, with high-fidelity prototypes and motion built with AI tools and our design system.
• Raise the bar for the team.
• Support, coach and unblock other designers, and give clear feedback.
• Challenge product and engineering with evidence, persuade stakeholders and make clear, documented decisions.
• Work daily with product managers and design engineers.

• Proven design leadership, with a track record of consistently delivering strong business outcomes.
• 2 to 3 shipped case studies that demonstrate high impact: the problem, your hypothesis, your decisions, the measured result.
• Outstanding visual design craft: hierarchy, typography, motion and attention to detail.
• High-fidelity prototypes and videos of your work, ideally built with AI tools such as Claude or Lovable.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools and experience with AI-ready design systems.
• Fluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens.
• Strong product thinking: you work with data, hypotheses and measurements.
• A public portfolio website (required with your application).
• AI first — You are already playing with AI tools and you are excited about what they make possible.
• Builder — You ship, and you can spin up something from nothing.
• Bias for action — You are autonomous and self-sufficient. You don't wait for a brief and you don't need chasing.
• Disciplined — Tokens, not screenshots. Decision logs, not memories.
• Curious — You want to know why, not just what.
• You can explain who made each decision and how.
• Clear under pressure — Medical regulation and different market rules are design problems, not excuses.
