Job summary

Finom предлагает роль старшего iOS‑разработчика в кросс‑функциональной команде. Вы будете проектировать и разворачивать iOS‑фичи для управления денежными потоками, транзакциями и платежами, а также помогать формировать техническое видение продукта.

Требуется 5+ лет опыта и глубокие знания Swift, UIKit и паттернов; опыт с VIPER/Coordinator обязателен. Гибридный формат работы по Европе, с акцентом на качество и безопасность кода.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет коммерческой iOS‑разработки и высокий уровень Swift.
• Глубокое понимание ООП, SOLID и паттернов проектирования.
• Практический опыт работы с VIPER и Coordinator; умение выбирать простые подходы.
• Отличное знание UIKit; желание развиваться в SwiftUI.
• Опыт верстки интерфейсов в коде, SnapKit или аналог.
• Умение писать модульные и UI‑тесты.
• Опыт работы с Git/GitLab, включая CI/CD.
• Ежедневная работа с ИИ‑инструментами (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot); написание подсказок и тестов.
• Ориентация на продукт и выпуск качественных решений.
• Умение ясно излагать идеи на английском для технике и менеджерам.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и внедрять iOS‑фичи для управления денежными потоками, банковскими операциями и платежами.
• Осваивать и отвечать за метрики фич, реагировать на проблемы клиентов.
• Создавать плавные и адаптивные интерфейсы с UIKit и SwiftUI.
• Принимать технические решения и объяснять trade‑offs не‑техникам.
• Повышать качество кода через тестирование и code‑review, обеспечивать безопасность мобильных приложений.
• Менторить инженеров и участвовать в CI/CD, инструментах и мобильных best practices.
• Использовать и развивать единые методики ИИ‑разработки, инструменты и инфраструктуру.

Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam that develops an all-in-one financial B2B platform combining banking, accounting, financial management, and invoicing. Its mobile-first platform serves entrepreneurs and includes AI-enabled accounting features.

Задачи:

Design and build iOS features for cash flow management, banking transactions and payments, card issuance and control, and AI-powered accounting automation

Own feature outcomes, track analytics, respond to customer issues, and assess product impact

Build polished, responsive interfaces with UIKit and SwiftUI

Drive technical decisions within the domain, discuss trade-offs with product managers, and explain constraints to non-technical stakeholders

Improve engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, and mobile security practices

Mentor engineers and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices

Use and improve shared AI-assisted development practices, tools, standards, and infrastructure

Требования:

• 5+ Years of commercial iOS development and strong knowledge of Swift
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Practical experience with VIPER and Coordinator navigation patterns, and judgment to choose simpler approaches when appropriate
• Excellent knowledge of UIKit and experience with, or a strong desire to grow with, SwiftUI
• Experience developing layouts in code, particularly with SnapKit or similar tools
• Ability to write unit and UI tests
• Confidence with Git/GitLab, including setting up and maintaining GitLab CI/CD
• Daily hands‑on experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, including writing prompts, configuring rules and skills, and evaluating AI-generated output with tests, linters, and reviews
• A product-builder mindset and a focus on shipping great products
• Communicate clearly and concisely in English with technical and non-technical audiences
• Будет плюсом: fintech or financial products background, mobile security best practices, UI performance profiling and optimization, Instruments or XCTest, published App Store apps, deeper agentic engineering experience, understanding of model capabilities and context windows, awareness of AI security risks
