White Circle is building the safety layer for modern AI systems, delivering an app that helps keep AI safe by making complex AI workflows simple and clear for engineering and research teams.

Your work will turn complex AI workflows into simple interfaces used daily, evolving our Figma design system, updating screens, and designing new flows for upcoming features while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Figma designing web interfaces.
• Experience creating clear, functional interfaces for technical products.
• Ability to create basic animations and incorporate AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Figma design system to stay consistent and scalable.
• Update existing screens and design new flows for upcoming features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research for fast iterations and ownership.
