White Circle is seeking a Product Designer to turn complex AI safety workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces used by engineering and research teams daily. You’ll own design end to end: evolve our Figma design system, update screens, create new product flows, prototype interactions, and work closely with product, engineering, and research to ship quickly.

• 5+ years with Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems.
• Clear, functional web interfaces for technical products.

• Experience using AI tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Figma design system to stay consistent, scalable, and easy to work with.
• Update current screens and design new flows for upcoming features.
