Qualifications

• Portfolio showing strong UX, UI and interaction design skills.
• Experience shipping code to production is highly valued.
• Ability to collaborate with research, engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall design and product direction of OpenAI features.
• Design and ship high‑quality products from concept to visuals.
• Partner with engineering, product management, research, and design peers on strategy and tactics.
• Engage in user research to better understand developers and refine products.
• Contribute and evolve our design system.
