Qualifications

• Strong full-stack fundamentals and production-grade UX.
• Experience building onboarding, activation, growth and developer-facing experiences.
• Comfort with frontend and backend systems, particularly React/TypeScript/Python/Go.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into simple, intuitive product flows.
• Collaborates across product, design, engineering, analytics, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding, setup, and discovery experiences to connect Codex to repos, tools, environments, and workflows.
• Create product surfaces to help users discover Codex capabilities and integrations.
• Build team experiences including workspace setup, invitations, sharing, and visibility.
• Develop full-stack systems across web, IDEs, CLI, and integrations with robust backend.
• Run experiments with product and design; translate adoption blockers into capabilities.
