Plaid in New York is seeking a Product Designer to design and ship high-quality experiences across Plaid Dashboard. You’ll work with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers on features that help customers configure products, understand activity, manage workflows, and act on insights.

On the Dashboard team, you’ll own moderately complex design work from exploration through delivery, bringing strong visual and interaction craft while developing product judgment and influence.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Producing polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes with thoughtful interactions, states, and edge cases.
• Clear verbal and visual communication, with the ability to explain design rationale and respond constructively to feedback.
• A track record of partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver well-scoped work, considering user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• An iterative design process that explores alternatives, weighs trade-offs, and produces thoughtful, shippable solutions

• Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers from problem definition through implementation
• Understanding customer needs and using research and feedback to improve their experiences

• Using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform iteration and evaluate outcomes
• Working with experienced designers, using and improving shared patterns, and contributing to critique and design reviews
