Job summary

Plaid, a San Francisco–based fintech network, is hiring a Product Designer to shape the Plaid Dashboard experience. You will work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft interfaces that help customers configure products, understand activity, and act on insights.

You’ll own design work from exploration to delivery with strong visual craft and judgment. On the Dashboard team, you’ll elevate the UX across features for launching with Plaid, monitoring integrations, and account

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and shipping digital products, preferably including B2B applications or complex workflows.
• Producing polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes with thoughtful interactions, states, and edge cases.
• Clear verbal and visual communication, with the ability to explain design rationale and respond constructively to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Designing clear, intuitive experiences for customers navigating complex financial and technical workflows
• Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers from problem definition through implementation
• Understanding customer needs and using research and feedback to improve their experiences
• Producing polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes with thoughtful interactions, states, and edge cases.
• Using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform iteration and evaluate outcomes
• Working with experienced designers, using and improving shared patterns, and contributing to critique and design reviews
