Vitality Group is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for core member experiences across mobile, web, and platform interfaces. You will collaborate with product, research, and engineering to translate business requirements into usable, scalable designs.

The role emphasizes strong craft, usability testing, and accessibility, with opportunities to advance a scalable design system and explore AI-assisted design techniques.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of high-performance interface experience designing for mobile, web, and responsive platforms.
• Professional-level Figma expertise — auto layout, variables, components/variants, interactive prototyping, and Dev Mode.
• Experience designing for diverse audiences including multi-language localization and WCAG accessibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Product Design thinking for key member experience flows.
• Evaluate business requirements and define member needs in collaboration with product, engineering, and research.
• Create flows, prototypes, and other design artifacts—AI-assisted—needed to communicate features clearly.
• Present designs and milestones to peers and stakeholders, and synthesize feedback.
• Lead projects with clear communication, decisive action, and strong craft.
• Conduct usability testing, document results, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Champion a scalable design system and ensure on-brand, accessible deliverables by default.
• Explore agentic design in Figma to accelerate discovery and production.
