Job summary

Vitality seeks a Product Designer to own end-to-end member experience design, partnering with product, engineering, and research to shape features and flows. You will create clear, testable designs, prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools, and present milestones to stakeholders while maintaining a scalable, accessible design system.

The role requires strong Figma expertise, 4+ years of interface design, and experience with multi-language localization and WCAG accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of high-performance interface experience for mobile, web, and responsive platforms.
• Professional-level Figma expertise with auto layout, components/variants, and prototyping.
• Experience designing for diverse international users, localization, and WCAG accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design thinking for key member flows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to define member needs.
• Create flows, prototypes, and design artifacts, including AI-assisted work in Figma.
• Present designs to peers and stakeholders and synthesize feedback.
• Lead projects with clear communication and strong craft.
• Conduct usability testing and turn findings into actionable insights.
• Champion a scalable design system and accessible, on-brand deliverables.
• Explore agentic design and AI tools to speed discovery and production.
