Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience for data security and file security surfaces. You will partner with product management and engineering to design admin policy controls, end-user file interactions, and incident remediation workflows that make complex data protection decisions intuitive and trustworthy.

You will shape how AI/ML-driven classification is explained and overridden, extend the design system with security-focused patterns, and mentor peers on

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience in B2B or enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design system workflows.
• Fluency with AI-assisted design and research tools, with judgment to validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for data and file security features, from admin policy configuration to end-user interactions.
• Translate complex security and compliance logic into approachable admin experiences.
• Design AI/ML-driven classification explanations, risk indicators, and override/review paths.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to scope features and run customer/discovery sprints.
• Extend the design system with security-specific patterns and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Mentor designers and contribute to team craft and process standards.
