Blockful in New York is seeking a product designer who will own the surfaces where a protocol’s power structure becomes legible, translating complex data into readable, actionable insights.

You'll design the permissions map and node graph, shape evaluation reports, and work closely with research and engineering from PRD to shipped product, while upholding a cohesive visual standard as the team grows. Equity and benefits included.

• Strong craft across interaction and visual design, with a feel for dense information.
• Comfort owning ambiguity early: defining the problem alongside research, not waiting for a spec.

Responsibilities

• Design the permissions map and node graph that turn raw on-chain power into readable insights for allocators.
• Shape the evaluation reports so a risk verdict is clear, credible, and institutional.
• Work directly with research and engineering, from the PRD through to shipped product.
• Hold the visual standard across the product and the brand as the team grows.
