Job summary

Blockful in New York is seeking a product designer who will own the surfaces where a protocol’s power structure becomes legible, translating complex data into readable, actionable insights.

You'll design the permissions map and node graph, shape evaluation reports, and work closely with research and engineering from PRD to shipped product, while upholding a cohesive visual standard as the team grows. Equity and benefits included.

You will own the surfaces where a protocol’s power structure becomes legible: the node map, the permissions view that de-anonymizes who holds control, and the reports institutions read before they allocate. You will sit close to research and product, shaping the work as it is defined, not just decorating it after.

• Shape the evaluation reports so a risk verdict is clear, credible, and institutional.
• Work directly with research and engineering, from the PRD through to shipped product.
• Hold the visual standard across the product and the brand as the team grows.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $140K to $185K, based on experience, plus equity and benefits. The range is shown up front so you know where you stand before the first call.
