Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or Product Design.
• Experience withAdobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to work across multiple mediums and apply creative direction to product strategy.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to independently prioritize work and produce high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and contributing to a team environment.
• Ability to embrace feedback, iterate designs, and adapt with a growth mindset.
• Passion for creating approachable and inspiring crafting experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and illustrate new products, including crafting kits, stamps, paper collections, tools, accessories.
• Help transform innovative concepts into products that make crafting approachable and inspiring.
• Transform concepts into engaging products and projects that support connecting people through crafting experiences.
• Complete product assignments with growing independence while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Use hands-on experimentation to explore new materials and techniques.
• Participate in reviews, present progress updates, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Learn and apply product design standards, manufacturing requirements, brand guidelines, and best practices.
• Verify engineered artwork and physical products for accuracy and production readiness.
