Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Designer to shape experiences used by billions of people across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and more. You will influence product strategy, craft intuitive flows, and build high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists from concept to launch.

You will contribute to creative direction, design systems, and visual language while aligning with executive partners on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years designing complex software products with emphasis on UX, interaction and visual design.
Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback.
Experience developing design strategies and presenting to executive stakeholders.
Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities

Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful for 2B+ users.
Design flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces.
Create new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems.
Contribute to strategic decisions about the future direction of Meta products.
Give and solicit feedback with designers and product teams to improve quality.
Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists through concept to launch.
Present goals and concepts clearly to leaders and broader teams.
