Job summary

Gaia is a subscription streaming platform focused on empowering the evolution of consciousness. Gaia is seeking a Product Designer to shape community experiences that deepen the connection between members, practices, and content.

You will design end-to-end social experiences for web and mobile, create user flows and information architecture, evolve Gaia’s design system, and partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Strong information architecture and interaction design.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems.
• Ability to leverage AI tools in the design process.
• Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, accessibility.
• Experience conducting user research and applying data-informed design thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Basic understanding of front-end development constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end community and social experiences across web and mobile.
• Create user flows, interactions, and information architecture to support engagement.
• Evolve Gaia’s design system and visual language.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Use analytics and insights to iterate and identify opportunities.
• Deliver production-ready Figma files and collaborate with developers.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
