Job summary

QS/1 Data Systems is seeking a Product Designer to shape the RedSail RxMarket experience. You will lead end-to-end design for B2B marketplace workflows, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, Support, and Marketing to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes user research, design systems, and cross-functional impact in a hybrid office setting. A Bachelor's in design and 4+ years in UI/UX are required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, UX, or related field.
• 4+ years in UI/UX design in a technology company.
• Experience designing ecommerce, marketplace, or transactional products (B2B/B2B2C).
• Ability to work autonomously and own deliverables from start to finish.
• Strong UX principles, interaction and visual design knowledge.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, applying insights to design decisions.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process for key initiatives from discovery and concepting through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and handoff.
• Design intuitive, scalable experiences for complex B2B marketplace workflows including search, comparison, ordering, checkout, post-purchase, and supplier-side tools.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Customer Support, and Marketing to translate user and business needs into design solutions.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform product decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs with independence.
• Contribute to and evolve design patterns and systems to improve consistency and quality.
• Advocate for user-centered design while balancing speed, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.
