CodeRabbit is seeking a Product Designer to shape how millions of developers experience AI-powered code review across IDEs, Git platforms, the CLI, and the web. You will own design strategy and the design system, crafting interfaces that feel polished, trustworthy, and easy to use.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams to define the product vision and roadmap, shipping high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while staying close to how AI capabilities evolve.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record shipping complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems across platforms.
• Mastery of modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and comfortable prototyping with frontend code.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design from research to high-fidelity visuals and implementation when needed.
• Craft polished, trustworthy interfaces that earn developers’ trust in AI suggestions.
• Set interaction standards for AI experiences and motion patterns.
• Build and scale a comprehensive design system across Web, IDE extensions, Git platforms, and CLI surfaces.
• Make complex data legible with clear visualizations and IA for code quality metrics.
