CodeRabbit is hiring a Senior/Staff Product Marketing Manager to own the market narrative for the full CodeRabbit portfolio, including Pull Request Reviews, IDE and CLI Reviews, and security/change-management workflows.

You will craft the story for developers, security teams, and enterprise buyers, ensuring the narrative holds across product, field, and customer conversations. This is a senior individual-contributor role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Experience leading complex, multi-product launches.
• Technical fluency with engineers, security teams, and leadership.
• Experience supporting both product-led growth and enterprise sales.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into decisions and align cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated launches from insight through adoption: messaging, audience strategy, sales readiness, campaigns, and education.
• Own portfolio positioning, messaging, personas, and go-to-market strategy across the CodeRabbit portfolio.
• Translate product behavior into clear customer value across reviews, policies, and agent workflows.
• Build field materials: pitches, demos, evaluation guides, competitive guidance, and executive briefs.
• Develop credible case studies, benchmarks, and usage stories for diverse buying stages.
• Turn competitive analysis into product/GTm decisions focused on review quality, governance, and AI-code adoption.
• Provide market and field feedback to Product to reduce friction and improve storytelling.
