Job summary

You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, policy, and design to shape the ads platform and customer experiences at global scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Experience with ads, monetization, or platform is a strong plus
• Familiarity with design systems and complex interaction patterns
• Experience working closely with engineering, product, and policy partners
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
• Portfolio showing strong UX, UI, and interaction design

Responsibilities

• Build the next generation of advertising tools for an AI-first world
• Translate product principles—privacy, independence, choice, trust—into decisions for advertiser-facing tools
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and policy teams to define new monetization surfaces and workflows
• Design user-facing controls for ad personalization, data usage, and opt-out flows
• Create artifacts to align cross-functional teams and guide execution
• Contribute to a design culture that values clarity, restraint, and responsibility
