Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking a product manager to own parts of the training product roadmap, working across API, UI, and CLI. You will partner with customers and internal teams to translate real training needs into practical features.

You will help set strategy, write specs, and ship improvements that reduce friction for enterprises running tuning jobs, with a bias toward impact and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• 2-8+ years of product management for technical or developer-facing products.
• Strong technical background with CS/EE degree or equivalent on the job.
• Familiarity with post-training lifecycle: dataset curation, SFT, LoRA/PEFT, RL-based methods.
• Proven end-to-end ownership from strategy to metrics.
• Excellent written communication for specs and launch posts.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for parts of the training product, across API, UI, and CLI.
• Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running real training workloads and unblock them.
• Turn the bespoke work our teams do for top accounts into scalable, self-serve product.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, and the field to launch training capabilities that land, including pricing and docs.
