Job summary

RADICL is seeking a Product Designer to redefine how small and mid-sized U.S. defense-focused businesses experience cybersecurity. You will design interfaces that turn an alert-heavy product into intuitive workflows that users can act on with confidence.

As an early member of our team, you will work with an experienced founder and shape the platform using AI-assisted prototyping, design systems, and close collaboration with engineering and product. This hybrid role is based in Boulder, Colorado.

Qualifications

2–4 years of product design experience with end-to-end portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
Solid UX fundamentals: IA, interaction design, usability, user flows.
Experience with B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or data-dense products.
Hands-on with AI agentic workflows and design systems.
Ability to move from ambiguity to a working prototype.
Proven collaboration with engineering and product to ship features.
Strong communication and ability to defend design decisions.
Comfort using AI tools as part of design process.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior designer, engineering, and product management to ship features.
Prototype fast using AI-assisted tools to turn sketches into interactive prototypes.
Execute and scale by contributing to the design system and fixing UI in production.
