As a Product Designer within PayPal.com, you will help create new design assets for our PayPal Giving Fund website redesign. You will own the site design refresh from start to finish, delivering an engaging marketing website experience for charities worldwide.

You will report to the Design Director of PayPal.com and be part of our diverse Global Design Organization, which values different perspectives to foster innovation and inclusion. We aim to create meaningful, engaging experiences for our global customers and support each other's growth.

Your daily tasks include trans-creating the PayPal Giving Fund website into a visually engaging experience using our new PayPal.com design system. Your ability to bring concepts to life will be highly valued.

A key aspect of your role is balancing business goals, design excellence, and customer needs, aligning with our brand’s purpose and business missions.

Responsibilities

• Create visual design assets in Figma for the PayPal Giving Fund programs for charities worldwide.
• Own your project from conception (0-1), managing timelines and reviews.
• Generate design concepts, prototypes, final designs, and assets for development.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistent brand perception and user experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, content writers, and engineers.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into visually appealing, user-friendly designs.
• Stay updated on the latest visual design trends and standards.
• Design compelling presentations that tell a story rooted in user needs.

Basic Qualifications

• At least two years of experience designing web, desktop, and mobile visual experiences.
• High level of visual design craft.
• Well-organized, responsible, and capable of managing tasks on time.
• Self-motivated with quick learning of new tools in a fast-evolving environment.
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design.
• Motion design skills in Adobe After Effects are a plus.

This role pays between $53.03/hour and $70.70/hour, with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
