Job summary

Fieldjock is seeking a lead product designer to shape scheduling, dispatch, and contractor workflows across web and mobile. You will own the design system, ensure a consistent and trustworthy user experience, and prototype complex flows with feedback from users and engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering to maintain quality through implementation and edge cases, and is remote-friendly within the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing SaaS, B2B, operations, marketplace, logistics, or productivity software.
• Portfolio showing complex workflows and polished visual execution.
• Strong Figma skills and ability to collaborate with engineers.
• Excellent writing and communication for explaining tradeoffs and product intent.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or workflow automation.
