  • Experience working with core development teams
  • Understanding of complex product release environments
  • Experience working within design systems or a platform-based organization
  • 7+ years of relevant design experience
  • Experience developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work, and bringing product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
  • Experience in user experience design or related industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
Nice-to-Have / Trainable Skills:
  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions based on human-centered design and research data
