Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product design experience shipping digital products in cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showing end-to-end thinking: problem framing, exploration, execution, and outcomes.
  • Strong UX fundamentals and systems thinking, with clear interaction and visual design craft.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and product to ship production work.
  • Fluency in Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with modern product design workflows, including research synthesis, usability testing, and iterative shipping.

Product Design at Milo & Mew shapes how veterinary care feels and functions—inside our clinics and across our digital experience. We design products that reduce friction, increase clarity, and help teams deliver high-quality care without burnout.We work closely with engineering, product, clinical leadership, and operations to translate real workflows into tools that are fast, calm, and trustworthy.

About the Role

As a Product Designer, you will own meaningful parts of the Milo & Mew product experience end-to-end. You'll design across web and mobile, from early exploration to polished execution, and help bring new experiences to life in partnership with engineering and product.This role is for someone who pairs strong craft with strong judgment—someone who can move from ambiguity to clarity and ship work that stands up in the real world.
