Compensation: Competitive Compensation

Our client is a high-growth company seeking a thoughtful and driven Product Designer to join their design team. Working in close collaboration with the Lead Designer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping user-centric experiences, influencing product strategy, and delivering polished UX/UI solutions.

This position is ideal for a proactive designer who excels at problem-solving, asks insightful questions, and can clearly articulate the reasoning behind their design decisions. The role offers significant ownership and impact across end-to-end product design, with a focus on intuitive user workflows, dashboards, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer to define, design, and deliver end-to-end product features and UX/UI solutions.
  • Participate actively in product discovery, helping decide what to build through critical thinking, research, and collaborative feedback.
  • Design intuitive dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data visualization tools that simplify complex information for end users.
  • Utilize and contribute to the evolution of the organization’s established design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Clearly communicate and justify design concepts, user flows, and interface choices to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience: At least 2+ years of professional product design experience, with a proven track record of shipping designs in live products.
  • Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving methodologies, user workflows, and polished visual designs.
  • Domain Focus: Strong experience with—or a demonstrated interest in—dashboards, analytics, and reporting interfaces.
  • Design Systems: Proven hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Prior background as a founding, first, or sole designer in a team environment.
  • Practical expertise in data visualization.
  • Experience within the consumer goods, retail, food and beverage, or beauty sectors.
  • Competitive compensation package tailored to experience.
  • Collaborative, high-impact environment with direct influence on core product direction.
  • Opportunity to work closely alongside senior design leadership.
  • Flexible starting timeline (target start date in January, with early onboarding available).
Interview Process
  • Initial Video Screening: A brief introductory video conversation to discuss background, expectations, and role fit.
  • Personality Assessment: An online assessment to evaluate working style and team dynamics.
  • Design Leadership Interview: A 30-minute introductory chat with the Lead Designer.
  • Screen-Recorded Case Study: A flexible, practical exercise (details currently being finalized) to demonstrate hands-on design methodology and execution.
  • Final Interview: A concluding conversation with key stakeholders to review results and align on next steps.
